Polynesia, vines in the middle of the Pacific
Once a month, this event invites you to explore an episode from the Des Vignes et Des Hommes (Vines and People) documentary series co-produced by Grand Angle Productions, the Fondation pour la Culture et les Civilisations du Vin and Arte France. The presentation and documentary screening will be followed by a tasting of two wines with a La Cité du Vin sommelier.
In this evening’s documentary Polynesia: vines in the middle of the Pacific by Sarah Carpentier (colour, 26’, English with French subtitles), you will discover how a stunning vineyard has put down roots in a desert island in the Rangiroa atoll in the Polynesian Tuamotu Archipelago!
This series is supported by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in partnership with National centre of Cinematography (CNC).
